International Franchise Business Consultant (Dubai/Abu Dhabi/Singapore)

About the role

Magnolia Bakery is seeking an experienced Franchise Business Consultant to support its international franchise network. The role is based in the Middle East or Southeast Asia and requires residence in Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Singapore. You will work closely with senior franchise leaders to drive growth, operational excellence, and brand consistency across diverse markets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Director of International Franchise Operations and Training in developing strategies that improve franchisee sales, efficiency and brand standards.
• Build culturally sensitive relationships with franchisees, ensuring clear communication and alignment with Magnolia Bakery’s vision.
• Provide hands‑on coaching on menu execution, labor management, guest experience and SOP compliance.
• Analyze financial and operational data (sales reports, P&L, KPIs) to identify gaps and create action plans that boost profitability and royalty contributions.
• Guide new store openings through onboarding, pre‑opening preparation and post‑launch optimisation.
• Conduct regular operational reviews and audits, delivering corrective coaching where needed.
• Adapt strategies to local market dynamics while preserving brand integrity.
• Report performance metrics to the international franchise leadership team and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in franchise operations, business consulting or operational support within QSR, fast‑casual or hospitality sectors.
• Proven success coaching franchisees in diverse cultural and economic environments.
• Experience managing new store openings and post‑launch optimisation.
• Strong analytical and presentation abilities, with the capacity to interpret P&L, sales trends and KPIs.
• Effective planning and prioritisation skills to meet strict deadlines.
