Operations Manager – Family Entertainment

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimise daily operations across multiple family entertainment venues in Dubai. This hands‑on role will ensure safety, service excellence, and a memorable customer experience while supporting rapid expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all entertainment locations.
• Maintain high standards of safety, service quality, and customer experience.
• Lead, train, and motivate operational teams.
• Manage KPIs, performance metrics, and operational efficiency.
• Support new site openings and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of experience in Operations Management.
• Strong background in Family Entertainment Centres (FECs) preferred; experience in theme parks or high‑footfall entertainment venues also considered.
• Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Deep understanding of customer experience and operational standards.
• Prior experience working in Dubai and current residence in Dubai.
