About the role
Sobha Realty is seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Manager to lead off‑plan sales initiatives in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, building client relationships, and providing market insights to support strategic growth.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for off‑plan projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, buyers, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and analyse sales data to forecast trends and identify opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with marketing and development teams to align sales strategies with project timelines.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in off‑plan sales within the UAE real‑estate sector.
- Demonstrated success working for a property developer in the UAE.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
- Fluency in at least one of the following languages: Polish, German, French, Arabic, Dutch, Russian or Hindi.
Required skills
- Strong sales and negotiation techniques.
- Proficiency in market analysis and data interpretation.
