Reservations Agent – Arabic Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Reservations Agent who speaks Arabic to join our team at the Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina. The role involves handling reservation enquiries, changes and cancellations, ensuring guests receive accurate information and a seamless booking experience.

Key responsibilities

• Process reservation requests, modifications and cancellations received via phone, fax or email.
• Identify guest needs, verify room availability and rates, and explain guarantee, special rate and cancellation policies.
• Enter accurate data into the reservation system, including special rates such as complimentary rooms, employee discounts and travel‑agent rates.
• Document and accommodate special requests, answer questions about property facilities and services.
• Follow sales techniques to maximize revenue and adhere to escalation procedures for guest concerns.
• Maintain professional appearance, protect guest privacy and uphold company policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Fluent Arabic speaking ability.
• No prior reservation experience required.
• No supervisory experience or specific licenses needed.

Required skills

• Ability to operate a reservation software system.
