Tax & Legal BrightStar Program – Part‑Time for UAE Nationals

About the role

The BrightStar Program in Tax & Legal at Deloitte offers a part‑time, rotational experience for UAE nationals in their final year of university. Participants will work across multiple tax service lines, gaining hands‑on exposure to business, international, and indirect tax, as well as transfer pricing and global employer solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through key tax service lines, including Business Tax, International Tax, Global Employer Solutions, Transfer Pricing, Indirect Tax and Business Process Solutions.
• Assist senior professionals on client projects, contributing to real‑world tax solutions.
• Conduct research, data analysis and prepare documentation for tax compliance and advisory work.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions for client challenges.

Required profile

• Final‑year university student pursuing a degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem‑solving abilities and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English; bilingual Arabic/English preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
