Transfer Pricing Manager

About the role

Marsh is seeking a Transfer Pricing Manager to support its Asia Pacific and India/Middle East/Africa regions from our Dubai office. The role is hybrid and focuses on implementing transfer pricing strategies, managing tax audits, and ensuring compliance with arm‑length standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert transfer pricing advice to cross‑functional teams across APAC and IMEA.
• Lead the preparation of complete transfer pricing documentation or manage third‑party deliverables.
• Support regional tax audits and provide technical support during examinations.
• Model and quantify tax impacts of transfer pricing initiatives, including valuations for acquisitions, divestitures, and restructurings.
• Partner with business leaders to identify risks, recommend process improvements, and implement planning initiatives.
• Monitor external regulatory developments and proactively surface compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant transfer pricing experience in a business‑partnering or advisory role.
• Strong knowledge of OECD guidance and U.S. transfer pricing principles.
• Proven ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Track record of delivering end‑to‑end transfer pricing projects and supporting audits.
