About the role

The e& AI Graduate Programme is a 12‑month, full‑time rotation that immerses recent graduates in artificial intelligence, technology, and business functions across e& offices in the UAE. Participants will gain hands‑on experience, develop leadership fundamentals, and explore emerging AI solutions while contributing to real projects.

Key responsibilities

• Work on AI‑related projects and support the implementation of emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in IT, HR, Finance, Strategy, Operations, Business and Sales.
• Participate in structured learning modules delivered by top educational partners.
• Contribute to digital transformation initiatives that drive e&’s business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from a UAE‑accredited institution (any major).
• Graduated within the last two years with up to two years of professional experience.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Strong passion for technology and digital innovation.
