Associate – Global Private Markets (Dubai)

About the role

Our client is a top‑tier private markets team operating out of Dubai, investing across the United States and Europe. The Associate will join a multinational group that deploys capital in private equity, buyouts, growth equity and private credit, handling 20‑25 new investments each year.

Key responsibilities

• Source, evaluate and execute investment opportunities from inception to closing.
• Conduct financial analysis and modelling for private equity, credit, buyout and growth equity deals.
• Collaborate with leading fund managers across Europe and the United States.
• Participate in all stages of the deal process, including due diligence and portfolio monitoring.

Required profile

• Professional experience in investment banking or private markets at a leading institution.
• A degree from a top‑tier university.
• Strong motivation to reside and work full‑time in Dubai.

• Excellent financial modelling capabilities.
