Category Manager – B2B Marketplace

About the role

We are looking for a Category Manager to join Noon Business, our new B2B marketplace that streamlines procurement for companies across the Middle East. Based in Dubai, you will shape the launch and growth of key product categories, working closely with suppliers and internal teams to deliver a compelling buying experience for business customers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and build the initial assortment for the marketplace launch (v1).
• Onboard, negotiate and manage relationships with key sellers.
• Design pricing structures, quotation frameworks and margin ladders.
• Acquire and nurture anchor B2B customers.
• Provide market insights to product and operations teams to refine the offering.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in category management, business development or related commercial roles.
• Willingness to spend time in the market and operate with minimal structure.
• Bias for action and strong commercial instincts.
• Owner‑mindset with a focus on results.
