About the role

Bloomberg Media is expanding its global footprint and seeks a meticulous, client‑focused professional to lead complex media partnerships in Dubai. The Client Services Manager will own end‑to‑end campaign delivery, ensuring operational excellence, strong client relationships, and high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead integrated media projects from kickoff to delivery, meeting all milestones and KPIs.
• Develop and manage detailed project timelines, workstreams, and deliverables while mitigating risks.
• Translate raw data into compelling performance narratives and actionable insights for clients.
• Collaborate with Creative, Sales, Media, and Analytics teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Serve as the primary day‑to‑day client contact, maintaining proactive communication and managing expectations.
• Identify renewal and upsell opportunities by building deep client trust.
• Contribute to internal workflow optimization and best‑practice sharing.
