Commercial Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a driven, organized and people‑oriented Commercial Coordinator to join our Dubai office. You will support the commercial and operational success of Tanganyika Expeditions across regional and international markets, ensuring seamless client experiences and commercial excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Commercial Leader and wider sales team in daily commercial operations.
• Deliver accurate client correspondence within defined service standards.
• Maintain and update commercial databases, CRM systems and client records.
• Facilitate smooth communication between operations, reservations and sales teams.
• Process invoices, supplier documentation and operational requests in a timely manner.

Required profile

• Diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, tourism, travel operations, DMCs or commercial coordination.
• Strong organisational abilities and high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM systems.
