Data Scientist

About the role

Huspy is building a global real‑estate technology platform and needs a Data Scientist to design and ship machine‑learning solutions that improve valuation, search and recommendation across its SuperApp.

Key responsibilities

• Develop real‑estate market models for pricing and valuation using supervised and advanced ML techniques.
• Create multimodal embeddings that combine images, text and structured attributes for search, matching and deduplication.
• Extract, clean and analyse data with SQL and Python; design experiments and measure model impact.
• Operationalise models in production, including monitoring, automated rollout and CI/CD in partnership with engineering.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and operations to translate business problems into scalable ML solutions.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of applied data‑science or ML experience delivering models that move business KPIs.
• Strong SQL and Python skills, with expertise in Pandas, NumPy and Scikit‑learn.
• Hands‑on MLOps experience: model deployment, versioning, CI/CD basics, observability and reproducible training.
• Excellent communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders and ability to prioritize trade‑offs.
• Comfort with data‑quality issues, market dynamics and uncertainty.
