Fitout Supervisor

About the role

The Fitout Supervisor will manage daily on‑site operations for marble and stone fit‑out projects at GM STONE’s Dubai location. Reporting to the Project Manager, the role ensures installations follow drawings, specifications and quality standards while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily tasks with subcontractors, site teams and project managers to meet project schedules.
• Inspect materials and workmanship, ensuring compliance with technical drawings and specifications.
• Monitor progress, prepare basic site reports and communicate status, risks and resource needs to management.
• Enforce construction safety procedures and promote a clean, orderly site.
• Resolve on‑site issues promptly, making decisions to keep work on track.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising fit‑out or interior construction projects, preferably with marble, stone or high‑end finishes.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, layouts and specifications.
• Knowledge of construction safety practices and commitment to enforce site safety standards.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
