About the role
The Human Resources Coordinator will support the recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring all documentation, approvals, and logistical arrangements are completed efficiently. This role acts as a liaison between candidates, internal teams, travel agencies, and government authorities to facilitate smooth employee integration.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare offer letters, collect visa and onboarding documents, and maintain the candidate tracker for compliance.
- Coordinate start dates, travel arrangements, hotel accommodations, and mobilization flights with travel agencies.
- Liaise with PROs and candidates to secure labor approvals and visas in accordance with UAE labor laws.
- Facilitate security clearance, organize new employee files, and ensure accurate entry into the HRMS.
- Process recruitment invoices, prepare HR induction materials, and respond to employee inquiries regarding leave, certificates, and payroll.
- Generate status change, transfer, job title change, and salary increase letters, updating HRMS and filing hard copies.
- Arrange annual leave, repatriation flights, and hotel accommodations for employees.
- Compile HR reports on onboarding, exit interviews, attrition, and training as required.
- Submit payroll‑related documents before cut‑off and manage medical and life‑insurance applications.
- Prepare purchase requisitions and payment requests for HR transactions.
Required profile
- Proven experience in HR coordination, onboarding, and recruitment administration.
- Familiarity with UAE labor regulations and visa processes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple documentation streams and deadlines.
- Effective communication with internal stakeholders, travel agencies, and government entities.
