Key Account Manager – Bilingual (English & Arabic)

About the role

Pedigri Technologies is seeking a bilingual (English & Arabic) Key Account Manager to join its Dubai team. You will be the day‑to‑day face of the company for a portfolio of global customers in the Hi‑Tech, MedTech and Industrial sectors, ensuring spare parts move smoothly across the Middle East and Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned global accounts, building strong relationships.
• Monitor import, export and last‑mile delivery KPIs across the MEA region.
• Coordinate with service partners, manage escalations and keep shipments on track.
• Conduct weekly and monthly business reviews, close the loop on issues and communicate outcomes clearly.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in service supply chain, spare‑parts logistics or key account management.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic – both languages are essential.
• Strong analytical thinking, clear communication and a proven ability to follow through.
• Experience working across the Middle East and Africa is a significant advantage.
