About the role
The Key Account Manager – Used Business will drive sales growth of used commercial vehicles and industrial equipment across government, fleet and private sector customers in the UAE. You will strengthen market presence, build lasting relationships and deliver end‑to‑end solutions that include finance, insurance and service contracts.
Key responsibilities
- Own and achieve monthly sales targets for used CV and IE units.
- Collaborate with Head of Sales and Product Manager to set monthly and quarterly objectives.
- Maintain accurate forecasting of sales volume and gross margin.
- Track performance, identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Identify and pursue key account opportunities to expand market share.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Promote total solution offerings (finance, insurance, service contracts) to maximise customer value.
Required profile
- Strong project management and execution capabilities.
- Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven negotiation skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
- High financial awareness and commercial acumen.
- Fluent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic or other regional languages a plus.
