About the role

Tether is looking for a Lead Mobile Engineer to design and deliver high‑performance crypto wallet applications. You will work closely with senior backend developers, product managers, and leadership to create lightweight, intuitive mobile solutions that integrate DeFi features. Key responsibilities

• Lead a small team of React Native engineers, driving architectural decisions and coding standards.
• Develop cutting‑edge mobile applications that integrate crypto wallets and DeFi functionalities.
• Collaborate with backend teams to implement supporting services and unblock mobile delivery.
• Provide technical mentorship, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices across the mobile engineering group.
• Ensure high performance, security, and usability of mobile products for a diverse audience.
