About the role

A leading multinational manufacturing organization in Dubai is seeking a dynamic Manufacturing Manager to drive operational excellence across large‑scale production facilities. The role demands a strategic leader with extensive multinational experience to transform manufacturing into a high‑performance, lean, and cost‑efficient function aligned with global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end manufacturing operations, ensuring productivity improvement and world‑class standards.
• Oversee Production, Quality Assurance, Purchasing, Warehouse Operations, Logistics, Inventory Management, and Supply Chain coordination.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, Kaizen, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Develop and execute manufacturing strategies that support growth objectives and global benchmarks.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, regulatory, and governance requirements.
• Optimize inventory, reduce waste, and minimize downtime.
• Partner with Procurement and Supply Chain to guarantee uninterrupted material flow.
• Drive automation, digitization, and smart manufacturing innovations.
• Establish KPI‑driven performance dashboards and reporting structures.
• Mentor and develop future operational leadership talent.

Required profile

• Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 15 + years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Proven track record in large, complex, multinational manufacturing environments.
• Strong strategic thinking with ability to align operations to global standards.
