Padel Coach – Dubai

About the role

Top Padel is seeking an energetic and passionate Padel Coach to join our growing sports community in Dubai. You will deliver high‑quality private and group coaching sessions for adults and juniors, while helping to expand our padel academy and foster a vibrant player network.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct private and group padel coaching sessions for all skill levels.
• Organise and support social games, tournaments and academy activities.
• Assess player abilities and design personalised training plans.
• Maintain a positive, motivating and professional on‑court environment.
• Assist with player retention, community engagement and promotion of academy programmes.
• Ensure court discipline, safety standards and equipment upkeep.
• Provide reception or team support during peak hours and events when needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Padel Coach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Energetic, positive and customer‑focused attitude.
• Capability to coach beginners through advanced players.
• Experience with junior groups is a plus.
• Fluent English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Previous experience in the UAE preferred.
