Principal Consultant – Executive Search (Dubai)

About the role

JBAndrews is seeking an experienced Executive Search professional to join our Dubai team as a Principal Consultant. You will lead full‑cycle senior‑level recruitment across Logistics & Supply Chain, Medical & Life Science, or Industrial sectors, driving business growth and building lasting client partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end 360° executive recruitment processes for senior management positions.
• Specialise in a niche industry sector and develop deep market knowledge.
• Generate new business, nurture client relationships, and expand the firm’s portfolio.
• Headhunt top talent globally and present candidates to clients.
• Advise clients on hiring strategies and executive recruitment programmes.
• Work both independently and collaboratively within the team.
• Mentor and train new consultants, sharing best practices.
• Report pipeline forecasts and performance metrics to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a 360° recruitment role within Logistics & Supply Chain, Medical & Life Science, or Industrial sectors.
• Proven ability to build new client relationships and deliver recruitment results.
• Strong communication and consultative skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
