Recruitment Consultant – Financial Services (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our financial services practice in the Dubai International Financial Centre. The successful candidate will manage a 360 recruitment desk, handling the full lifecycle for senior banking, private banking, asset and wealth management roles across the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, win and grow client relationships within the DIFC and broader GCC financial services market.
• Take detailed briefs, advise on market conditions, salary benchmarks and hiring strategies.
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals and market research.
• Screen, interview and assess candidates for technical fit, motivation and cultural alignment.
• Maintain a live pipeline of qualified senior‑level candidates.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including interviews, feedback, references, offers and onboarding.
• Negotiate offers and ensure a professional closure of placements.
• Keep CRM/ATS records accurate and up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in agency recruitment, executive search or a 360 sales role, preferably within financial or professional services.
• Demonstrated track record of billing, placements or revenue generation.
• Strong commercial drive with a proven ability to develop business and meet targets.
• Genuine interest in banking, finance and fintech.
• Excellent written and verbal English with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency in LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
• Experience using CRM and ATS platforms.
