About the role

NeoBiz is shaping the future of SME banking in the UAE through embedded, ecosystem‑led solutions. As Senior Manager – Strategic Channels you will own the acquisition strategy across UAE license authorities, turning free‑zone and mainland regulators into high‑conversion onboarding funnels for new SMEs.

Key responsibilities

• Build and execute NeoBiz’s acquisition roadmap across UAE license authorities, prioritising based on SME density, digital maturity and strategic fit.
• Lead outreach, contracting and onboarding of key authorities, co‑creating embedded banking journeys from licence issuance to account activation.
• Define channel‑specific go‑to‑market plans, onboarding flows and conversion KPIs; work with product and tech teams to integrate NeoBiz APIs.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Marketing and Operations to launch and scale partnerships while navigating regulatory nuances.
• Own channel metrics – lead volume, conversion rate, CAC and ROI – and run experiments to optimise performance.
• Monitor new authority launches, regulatory shifts and SME formation trends; represent NeoBiz in ecosystem forums.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree.
• 5–8 years of banking experience, including at least 2 years in SME banking within the UAE.
• In‑depth knowledge of Mashreq’s business banking products, services, policies and processes.
• Strong grasp of KYC protocols and regulatory compliance in the UAE SME banking landscape.
