Supervisor / Foreman – Interiors & Fit‑out

About the role

Crystal Fit is seeking an experienced Supervisor/Foreman to lead interior fit‑out projects in Dubai. The role involves overseeing construction activities, managing teams and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Organise daily tasks and coordinate site activities for interior fit‑out projects.
• Manage workers, subcontractors and material usage on‑site.
• Maintain health, safety and compliance standards throughout the project.
• Interpret drawings and specifications and liaise with project managers and clients.
• Resolve on‑site challenges to ensure smooth project execution.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a construction supervisor or foreman in the UAE market.
• Proven project management abilities, including scheduling and resource allocation.
• Hands‑on experience supervising site workers and subcontractors.
• Comprehensive knowledge of fit‑out materials, finishes and techniques.
• Commitment to health, safety and quality standards.
• Valid UAE driving licence (own car is an advantage).
