Trading Support Analyst – Front Office Systems

About the role

Marex Group plc is seeking a Trading Support Analyst to provide first and second‑line support for its front‑office trading and market‑data platforms. The role bridges technology and business, ensuring smooth operation of real‑time trading systems for internal and external clients.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 1st/2nd line support for all trading platforms, including troubleshooting front‑end functionality.
• Assist with client onboarding, account administration, and limit adjustments after risk approval.
• Manage manual ticket booking, system outage handling, and liaison between technology and business teams.
• Perform exchange reporting, compliance audits, and contribute to process automation initiatives.
• Provide shift coverage (7:00 am‑5:30 pm) with occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience with front‑end trading systems and admin tools.
• Experience with global exchanges (ICE, CME, Eurex) and exchange connectivity for derivatives, commodities, cash, and equity markets.
• At least 1 year of experience in client onboarding for FIX and bespoke API protocols.
• Strong analytical skills, calm demeanor, and proactive communication.
