AI Industry Architect

About the role

We are looking for an AI Industry Architect to design and deliver industry‑specific, AI‑driven solutions for SAP’s strategic customers in the United Arab Emirates. You will bridge real industry processes with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Technology Platform and SAP Business AI, shaping how AI is adopted and productized across SAP.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end AI solutions that connect industry processes with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP and SAP Business AI.
• Translate complex industry challenges into clear AI use cases that deliver measurable business impact.
• Lead agile delivery cycles from proof‑of‑concept through pilot to production.
• Conduct discovery sessions with customers to identify priorities, design solutions and guide adoption.
• Act as a liaison between customers and SAP’s global Product and Engineering teams, influencing roadmaps with real‑world insights.
• Create reusable accelerators, reference architectures and best practices for broader impact.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of one or more industries such as Oil & Gas, Public Sector, Manufacturing, Utilities or Retail.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts, data modeling, APIs and common AI patterns (forecasting, classification, intelligent assistants).
• Solid software engineering foundation with hands‑on experience in Python, Java or TypeScript.
• Practical experience with SAP BTP, SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business AI integrations.
• Confidence in customer‑facing workshops, demos and translating technical trade‑offs into business terms.
• Ability to operate in a forward‑deployed, high‑ownership role across geographies.
