Community Manager – Dubai

About the role

The Community Manager will be responsible for managing and growing YKONE’s digital presence for its clients in Dubai, ensuring a consistent brand voice across social channels and fostering meaningful audience engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily activity on assigned social media platforms, publishing content according to approved calendars.
• Coordinate with creative, design, production and account teams to deliver assets on time.
• Develop platform‑specific storytelling content and monitor trends, audience behavior and competitor activity.
• Moderate online communities, responding to comments, messages and inquiries promptly.
• Build relationships with followers, creators and influencers to increase loyalty.
• Support the creation and rollout of monthly content calendars and assist with campaign execution and on‑ground activations.
• Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports.

Required profile

• Highly organized and proactive with strong attention to detail.
• Culturally aware and comfortable working in a fast‑paced agency environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
• Experience using content scheduling tools and managing publishing calendars.
• Ability to analyse social media metrics and generate performance reports.
