Community Manager for Outdoor Co‑working Space

About the role

Work From Park, a modern public co‑working destination in Barsha Pond Park, Dubai, is looking for a Community Manager to lead daily operations and foster member engagement. Reporting to the Letswork Operations Lead, you will be the face of the space, ensuring a premium experience for visitors and members.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all Work From Park zones.
• Maintain the space to premium standards and coordinate with facilities and external service providers.
• Manage opening, closing procedures and shift handovers.
• Serve as primary point of contact for members and visitors, driving acquisition and retention.
• Plan, coordinate and host community events and programming, including the amphitheater calendar.
• Identify partnership and sponsorship opportunities.
• Track and report on KPIs such as membership, utilisation and satisfaction.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in community management, hospitality or guest‑facing operations.
• Strong relationship‑building and welcoming attitude.
• Excellent communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Highly organised, self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working outdoors in a dynamic environment.
• Based in Dubai with knowledge of the local community.
