About the role

The Hotel Cleanliness Expert ensures that every guest area, from rooms to public spaces, meets Marriott’s high standards of hygiene and presentation. Working at Marriott Al Forsan, you will contribute to a memorable guest experience through meticulous housekeeping and responsive service.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, and public areas according to brand standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and deliver items such as amenities, linens, and supplies.
• Stock housekeeping carts and manage inventory of cleaning materials.
• Follow safety procedures, lift and move objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Adhere to company policies, confidentiality rules, and uniform standards.

Required profile

• Ability to work on feet for extended periods, standing, walking, and bending.
• Commitment to a safe and clean work environment.
• Professional appearance and communication skills.

Required skills

• Physical stamina to lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 50 lb.
