HR Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join our fast‑growing import‑export and logistics company operating across the GCC. The role will support the HR function in delivering a people‑first culture, ensuring compliance with UAE labour regulations and providing seamless employee lifecycle services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle onboarding, off‑boarding and contract administration in line with UAE labour law.
• Coordinate payroll processing, attendance, leave management and statutory filings (WPS, MOHRE, Emirates ID).
• Support recruitment by scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate pipelines and updating the ATS.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR queries, handling policy, benefits and documentation issues.
• Organise internal HR events, training sessions and compliance workshops.
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee records, HRIS data and audit‑ready documentation for MOHRE and internal reviews.

Required profile

• Experience with HRIS platforms such as BambooHR, Zoho People or SAP HR.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and WPS payroll systems.
• Familiarity with MOHRE portal navigation and Emirates ID & visa processing.
• Hands‑on experience with ATS recruitment tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data validation, pivot tables).
• Preferred: exposure to GCC labour regulations, Arabic language proficiency and HR Essentials or SHRM‑CP certification.
