Inclusion Teacher – Academic Year 26/27

About the role

Aldar Education is looking for a UAE National Inclusion Teacher to join Bateen World Academy for the 2026/27 academic year. The role focuses on delivering inclusive, high‑quality lessons that inspire all learners and support the school’s British and IB curriculum.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of the whole ability range.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to design curriculum‑aligned activities and resources.
• Maintain a positive classroom environment, manage behaviour according to school policy, and act as a role model for pupils.
• Assess and record student progress using Target Tracker and provide feedback to parents.
• Liaise with support staff, including speech and language therapists, occupational therapists and educational psychologists, when required.
• Work closely with parents and the wider school community to ensure optimal academic and personal outcomes for each child.
