About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to lead and expand relationships across specialty retail channels for a leading consumer distribution business in the United Arab Emirates. This high‑impact position focuses on protecting margins, driving sustainable growth, and enhancing product visibility within premium retail environments.
Key responsibilities
- Drive growth across specialty retail accounts such as baby stores, pharmacies, and lifestyle retailers.
- Manage key customer relationships and lead commercial negotiations.
- Own pricing strategies, promotions, and joint business planning (JBPs).
- Strengthen in‑store execution, visibility, and product placement.
- Protect margins while responding to retailer pressure.
- Identify new retail partners and expand channel presence.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager within FMCG, consumer goods, or retail distribution.
- Strong background working with specialty retail channels (non‑negotiable).
- Demonstrated ability to manage pricing, promotions, and margin discussions.
- Commercially confident with the ability to manage buyer‑level relationships.
- Experience in baby care, beauty, or premium/lifestyle categories is preferred.
