Project Manager / Project Coordinator – Partner Success

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Project Manager / Project Coordinator to act as a Partner Success lead for our client in the United Arab Emirates. The role works closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project delivery, high-quality outcomes and strong customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure partners deliver projects successfully and provide value to customers.
• Monitor project progress, coordinate with Delivery, Support, Product and Cloud teams, and keep implementations on track.
• Identify risks early, resolve issues quickly and manage escalations.
• Communicate critical issues promptly to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Collaborate with training and enablement teams to verify partner readiness and alignment.
• Support partners in skill development through training, guidance and shadowing.
• Track project results, common issues and partner readiness metrics.
• Contribute to the creation of standard processes, guides and best-practice documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in delivery support, partner-facing operations, customer success or project coordination.
• Strong organisational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in cross-functional environments.
• Familiarity with project-tracking or ticketing tools is preferred.
• Exposure to partner ecosystem programs or delivery governance is a plus.
