About the role
Takween Aldar Real Estate is looking for an experienced Property Consultant to drive secondary and off‑plan sales in Dubai’s competitive market. The role offers strong marketing support, high‑quality leads, and clear pathways for career growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage property sales and leasing transactions from initiation to completion.
- Generate, qualify, and convert leads into successful deals.
- Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
- Advise clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
- Conduct property viewings and presentations.
- Collaborate with the in‑house marketing team to maximise exposure and lead generation.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.
- Stay updated on market trends and new project launches.
Required profile
- Proven experience in Dubai real estate (secondary and/or off‑plan).
- Strong sales, negotiation and closing abilities.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven and results‑oriented.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, commission‑based environment.
- Solid knowledge of the Dubai property market.
- RERA certification preferred.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
