About the role
We are seeking a full‑time Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Dubai. The role focuses on developing and executing sales strategies, building client relationships, and achieving revenue targets for Certes, a security technology solutions provider.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for the Dubai region.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Achieve revenue targets and manage the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed of industry trends to provide tailored security solutions.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales strategy, territory management, and customer relationship management.
- Strong negotiation, business development, and closing skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of data protection, risk management, and security solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a target‑driven environment.
- Familiarity with market trends and the competitive landscape in the region.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in the technology or cybersecurity industry is a plus.
- Proficiency with CRM software tools and sales analytics.
