About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Coordinator to join a leading real estate company in Dubai. In this telesales role you will generate leads, contact prospects by phone and help turn interest into property sales.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients using provided databases or self‑generated leads.
- Present, promote and sell residential and commercial properties (off‑plan and ready) via telephone.
- Build rapport with prospects, understand their investment preferences and schedule property‑viewing appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client information and call outcomes.
- Follow up regularly with interested clients to achieve high conversion rates.
- Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales targets set by management.
- Handle objections professionally and provide clear information to potential buyers.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimise lead generation.
Required profile
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing or call‑center sales (real‑estate experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and persuasive telephone etiquette.
- Target‑driven, self‑motivated and able to work under pressure.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
