Senior Consultant – UAE Business Setup Advisory

About the role

Tuscan Consulting is seeking a commercially‑sharp Senior Consultant to advise founders on establishing their businesses in the UAE. This revenue‑driven advisory position focuses on designing optimal company structures and nurturing long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Understand founder intent and business objectives.
• Advise on the most suitable UAE company structures (Mainland or Free Zone).
• Design commercially viable setup pathways.
• Negotiate and close client mandates.
• Own revenue and margin outcomes for each engagement.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Coordinate with the internal operations team to ensure seamless execution.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience in UAE business‑setup consulting.
• Strong knowledge of UAE regulatory landscape and jurisdictional options.
• Proven ability to close client mandates independently.
• Excellent commercial and negotiation capabilities.
• Effective communication and client‑management skills.
• Prompt, proactive, and accountable working style.
