Senior Officer – Global Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Officer to deliver client administration services for our UAE portfolio. Working under the Manager or Unit Head, you will ensure compliance with UAE regulations and Ocorian’s processes while supporting a diverse range of corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client queries daily and guarantee email replies within 24 hours.
• Prepare resolutions, minutes, board packs, agendas and action notes for board meetings and AGMs.
• Draft and file corporate statutory documents with UAE authorities, including company registrations, license renewals and liquidation paperwork.
• Coordinate bank account openings, prepare related documentation and manage transfer instructions with appropriate risk screening.
• Handle employment and dependent visa applications and review client KYC submissions against Ocorian standards.
• Submit financial statements, VAT returns, VAT refunds and tax residence certificates to UAE tax authorities.
• Assist with compliance filings such as ESR, AML, UBO and DIFC‑WILL submissions.
• Support the Manager on ad‑hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Relevant university degree or equivalent experience in corporate services, finance or compliance.
• Several years of experience handling corporate administration, statutory compliance and client liaison in the UAE.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
