Store Manager – Jewellery Showroom

About the role

The Store Manager will lead the day‑to‑day operations of a high‑end jewellery showroom in the UAE, ensuring a premium shopping experience for customers while driving sales and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all showroom activities, including sales, customer service, inventory, and visual merchandising.
• Lead, motivate and supervise the sales team to meet individual and store targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies, promotional campaigns and VIP customer initiatives.
• Provide expert guidance on gold, diamond and precious‑stone jewellery.
• Monitor market trends, gold rates and diamond pricing to support pricing decisions.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
• Manage inventory control, stock audits, replenishment and loss prevention.
• Ensure compliance with cash‑handling, security, health and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with procurement, production and logistics for timely stock availability.
• Train, mentor and evaluate store staff to improve performance and product knowledge.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Store Manager in the gold and diamond jewellery industry.
• Strong knowledge of jewellery materials, manufacturing processes and market trends.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage a team effectively in a fast‑paced retail environment.
