Travel Consultant – AI Chatbot Trainer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Travel Consultant to help train and evaluate AI chatbots. You will engage in bilingual (Arabic and English) conversations with the bots, assess their logic, and create new dialogue scenarios to improve model performance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex problem scenarios.
• Evaluate chatbot outputs for correctness, relevance, and performance.
• Measure progress of AI models through systematic testing.
• Write novel conversation scripts to teach bots appropriate responses.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
• Detail‑oriented with strong writing and grammar expertise.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
