Vice President - Mobility

About the role

The Vice President – Mobility will lead Mubadala’s global Mobility service, ensuring seamless secondments, tax and visa compliance, and an excellent experience for all stakeholders. This senior role sits within the Talent Acquisition function and drives strategic and operational excellence across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global delivery of Mobility services, ensuring secondments are deployed on time and structured in line with policy.
• Guarantee tax, visa and regulatory compliance for all assignments.
• Partner with Talent Partners and Business Units to translate needs into effective Mobility solutions.
• Provide a superior experience for Business Leaders, Hiring Managers and Secondees.
• Oversee day‑to‑day service delivery and operational activities that enable Mobility.
• Deliver advisory on structuring secondments, risk mitigation and compliance.
• Produce and share management information to support operations and stakeholder communication.
• Drive continuous improvement, leveraging market trends, AI and digital enablement.
• Contribute to Talent Acquisition strategy and monitor market benchmarks.

Required profile

• Senior leadership experience in global Mobility, Talent Acquisition or related HR functions.
• Proven ability to manage complex tax, visa and compliance matters.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with a focus on customer experience.
• Strategic thinker capable of influencing organisational direction.
• Track record of leading change projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
