About the role
Thalatha Investments is seeking an Administrative Officer to support its restaurant operations in Dubai. The role involves managing day‑to‑day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth staff processes, and maintaining compliance with health and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Handle all restaurant administrative operations and related documentation.
- Maintain staff records, monitor attendance, assist with payroll, and manage visas and work permits.
- Support recruitment activities, onboarding, and staff training coordination.
- Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and document outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare basic operational and performance reports for management.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in administration or office management.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in restaurant or hospitality environments preferred.
- Strong communication and organisational abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
