Artificial Intelligence Trainer (Hybrid, Dubai)

About the role

Solutions Castle LLC is seeking a contract Artificial Intelligence Trainer to design, develop, and deliver AI‑focused training programs for corporate and professional audiences. The position is hybrid, based in Dubai with flexibility for remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Create structured course materials, slide decks, manuals, exercises and assessments covering machine‑learning fundamentals, AI tools and real‑world use cases.
• Deliver engaging in‑person and virtual workshops, adapting content to varying skill levels.
• Assess learner needs, provide clear explanations, demonstrations and constructive feedback.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously update materials to reflect the latest AI developments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure training aligns with client objectives.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts with practical experience using common AI tools and platforms.
• Proven experience designing curricula and delivering corporate or professional training.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or related field; advanced AI/ML certifications are a plus.
• Experience working with corporate clients in business, HR or IT contexts.
