Early Years Teacher – Preschool & Kindergarten

About the role

Masterminds Early Learning Center in Dubai is looking for an enthusiastic Early Years Teacher to deliver high‑quality learning experiences for children aged 2‑5 across Preschool, Pre‑K and early Kindergarten. The role combines a rich curriculum with a focus on language, literacy, numeracy and social‑emotional development.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver daily, hands‑on learning activities aligned with weekly themes and enrichment programmes.
• Support children’s growth in communication, early literacy, phonics readiness, pre‑writing, numeracy and fine‑motor skills.
• Establish warm, structured classroom routines that promote emotional security, independence and positive behaviour.
• Observe, document and track each child’s progress using daily observations and internal documentation.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the developmental stage and readiness of every learner.
• Build strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues, reflecting the premium brand of Masterminds.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience teaching children aged 2‑5 in Preschool, Pre‑K or early Kindergarten settings.
• Strong understanding of early childhood development, classroom routines and age‑appropriate behaviour support.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in early childhood education preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English with the ability to model high‑quality language.
• Highly organized, flexible, reflective and committed to continuous professional development.
