About the role
Join BNP Paribas Asset Management’s Alts Client Group as an Associate supporting private markets institutional sales across the Middle East. The position is based in Abu Dhabi and works closely with the Head of Middle East to drive capital raising and investor relations for sovereign wealth funds, pension institutions and family offices.
Key responsibilities
- Support capital formation sales efforts targeting sovereign wealth funds, pension institutions and large family offices.
- Originate, develop and convert new investment relationships while deepening existing ones.
- Assist in positioning the alternatives platform across real estate, private credit, private equity and infrastructure strategies.
- Support the fundraising process from initial conversation to final allocation in coordination with the Head of Region.
- Prepare client materials and translate complex strategies into clear, investable narratives.
- Coordinate with investment, product and senior leadership teams to align market feedback with product strategy.
- Contribute to building the firm’s Middle East franchise through execution and client coverage.
- Collaborate with internal Alts teams and BNP Paribas groups worldwide, including Investment, Sales, BNP CIB and BNP WM.
