Buggy Driver – Luxury Resort Transportation

About the role

Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab is seeking an experienced Buggy Driver to join its transportation team. You will transport guests around the resort in buggies, provide information about facilities, and ensure smooth communication with the base operator.

Key responsibilities

• Drive guests in buggies throughout the resort according to schedules or guest requests.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the property’s facilities, services, and other Jumeirah locations.
• Record buggy usage on the required forms.
• Carry and operate a company radio for constant communication with the buggy base operator and Team Leader.
• Report any technical faults and assist in keeping buggies clean and well‑maintained.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role or in customer service.
• High School Diploma.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
• Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving abilities.
