Warehouse Operator – Receiving & Shipping

About the role

Join PCS Wireless as a Warehouse Operator and play a key part in keeping our global supply chain running smoothly. You will handle incoming shipments, ensure accurate inventory control, and support daily warehouse activities in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming goods from forwarders and suppliers.
• Load and unload shipments, verify documentation, and label materials.
• Prepare orders, scan and unpack packages, and maintain organized storage areas.
• Complete required reports for managers or supervisors.
• Follow all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation, including DAFZA and Dubai customs regulations.
• Support replenishment, shipping activities, and general warehouse operations.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work environment.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office, internet search).
• Customer‑focused attitude and ability to work in a fast‑paced setting.
• Flexibility to work extended hours and varied schedules.
• Attention to detail and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Capability to stand or walk for 8 + hours per day.
• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or shipping/receiving environments, preferably with electronics or cell phones.
