Civil Project Manager – EMAAR Experience Required

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager with a strong background in EMAAR properties to lead large‑scale construction projects from concept to handover. The role involves ensuring projects meet quality, budget and schedule targets while maintaining excellent stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil construction projects from inception through completion.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure seamless execution.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling and budgeting activities.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Maintain strong relationships with the client and other key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Approximately 20 years of project management experience, specifically on EMAAR properties.
• Proven leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
