About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead on‑site activities for high‑profile energy projects. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all on‑site construction activities.
• Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, quality and safety targets.
• Manage subcontractors and site personnel to maintain productivity.
• Utilise in‑house construction management tools to monitor progress.
• Report status to senior management and client representatives.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a Construction Superintendent on large, complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of the oil, gas and energy sector.
• Ability to work under pressure and make decisive decisions on site.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
