Senior QA/QC Manager – Oil & Gas EPC

About the role

Archirodon is seeking a Senior QA/QC Manager to lead quality activities for its Oil, Gas and Chemicals division. You will report to the Quality Director and Division Director, overseeing quality assurance and control across engineering, procurement and construction phases of large EPC projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all quality activities, including assignment of QC Engineers, Inspectors, Document Controllers and third‑party testing companies.
• Review and monitor implementation of the company IMS policies and procedures at project level.
• Analyse contract requirements and determine the need for project‑specific quality plans, procedures and documents.
• Provide advice to the Quality Director and Division Director on quality matters and ensure compliance with ADNOC and other client standards.
• Conduct regular quality audits, inspections and critical reviews throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering.
• Certified Lead Auditor ISO 9001:2015.
• Minimum 20 years of overall experience with at least 5 years as a QA/QC Manager on Oil & Gas EPC projects.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale capital projects covering pipelines, piping, tanks, process equipment, structures, painting & coating, and insulation.
• ADNOC approval as Project Quality Manager.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational abilities.

• QA/QC management for pipelines, piping, tanks, process equipment, structures, painting & coating, and insulation.
• Management of QC personnel and third‑party inspection services.
• Knowledge of Integrated Management System (IMS) policies and procedures.
• ADNOC project quality management requirements.
