Corporate Senior Associate – Dubai

About the role

Join a leading international law firm’s Dubai office as a Corporate Senior Associate (or Corporate Associate) and work on high‑value, cross‑border transactions for regional and global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings and general corporate matters across multiple sectors.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents, including agreements, shareholder resolutions and regulatory filings.
• Coordinate with teams in other jurisdictions to manage multijurisdictional deals.
• Lead deal teams, mentor junior lawyers and maintain client relationships.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years PQE for Associate role or 5‑8 years PQE for Senior Associate role.
• Qualified in England & Wales or another common‑law jurisdiction (preferred).
• Strong corporate/M&A experience from a leading international or top‑tier regional firm.
• Demonstrated ability to lead deals and manage client interactions (senior level).
